Trevor Crowe has augmented the chapel organ with sub and superoctave couplers and a Pedal Soubasse 32′ and quint. The work, due for completion in September 2011, will also include a Pedal Bombarde and Great Trompette, as well as Swell Open Diapason and Oboe (in place of superfluous upperwork). The Swell also gains a mixture. This improvisation gives a flavour of the the work done so far, Listen out for my use of the Swell sub and super octave couplers with the strings, underpinned by the Pedal foundations, including the new 32′ and quint.
